Simple and variable-speed systems
A fixed-speed booster starts and stops as pressure changes. A variable-frequency drive (VFD) adjusts motor speed as demand changes. Both approaches can be suitable, depending on how often outlets run together and the pressure the building needs.
What to share with us
Include the number of floors, expected peak demand, current supply pressure and the pressure required at the highest outlet. Tell us whether you are upgrading an existing system or starting a new project.
